Music: Saso Avsenik & Matjaz Vlasic
Text: Jan Plestenjak

It was evening, and it was a moment that every musician truly relishes.
On the home-made electric piano, a beautiful motif for a new waltz came from somewhere out of the relaxed playing.
At the beginning of 2019, Matjaz Vlasic and I started work on a new album. During the same period, our guitarist Matic Plevel called me late in the evening and asked if I had any song as he had just been in touch with Jan Plestenjak, who was supposed to be in the mood to create that evening. The song wasn't quite finished yet, so I told Matic I needed a few minutes to prepare a demo with the piano, and shortly after that we submitted the melody.
At about one o'clock at night, about three hours after the call, Matic told me: "The lyrics are finished. Do you have time tomorrow?!"
So we met the next day in Ljubljana, where Jan presented the lyrics.
It's rare that things come together like this, but when the song was recorded, my wife Stasa wanted it for our wedding dance.
Lucija Selak was a new singer with this song and Kaja Humski recorded the German version before her.
